MHE Consulting
MHE Consulting was created from two like-minded individuals have combined their talents to form MHE Consulting with the aim of providing tailored electrical engineering services to suit each clients particular needs. The combined experience of our Directors covers a broad spectrum of electrical engineering services from studies, to detailed design and finally project management/ engineering.
MHE Consulting aim to provide fit for purpose solutions that meet and exceed clients expectations.
Our 3-Step Process

Discuss
Meet with the client and discuss the project and make sure all expectations are aligned. We need to agree on the project inputs and who the responsible parties are for each task. Depending on the project (type and size), this may evolve into routine project catch-ups to make sure all expectations are being met.

Develop
This is the time where we develop the project deliverables. Depending on the project, this could be as per a specific sequence or schedule, or just all at once as quickly as possible. When the deliverables have reached an agreed on level of completion, we provide them to the client for review and discussion. If the design is deviating from what was discussed at the start, we circle back to Phase 1 and work through the expectations again. When we have agreement from the client, we move onto the final step.

Implement
The final stage is simply implementing or executing the agreed plan. This may entail undertaking and audit, producing tender packs for construction projects or simply issuing detailed design deliverables for construction. This is also typically the time when produced deliverables are reviewed by other stakeholders within the clients organisation, so we always keep in mind that we may need to circle back to Phase 1 and work through expectations again. Anthony Heron
Director
Principal Electrical Engineer
With over 18 years of experience delivering electrical design and projects, Anthony has spent the bulk of his career providing detailed design solutions to clients. Peppered in between those roles were project engineering site roles where Anthony supported construction jobs through to handover. Anthony’s current interests include coaching the mighty Under 8yr’s Rangers Rugby team to rugby glory and delivering engineering solutions that exceed clients expectations.
Jamie McCullough
Director
Lead Electrical Engineer
Jamie has over 20 years of experience in electrical engineering services. His experience has included electrical design specialising in High Voltage and Hazardous Areas, progressing to Electrical Project Management for large Tier 1 constructors. Don’t let that fool you though, he still has the chops to complete power system studies and is one of a kind when it comes to using and implementing electrical modelling software. Jamie’s current interests include carefully smoked meats and electrical project completion.
